Summary: (Vanilla) Vodka based Cocktail

  • 4 oz Vanilla Vodka (Absolut)
  • 2 oz Organic Carrot Juice
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • Small slice of fresh ginger
  • Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish


  1. Add vanilla vodka along with the carrot and pineapple juices to a cocktail shaker. Slice off a small piece of fresh ginger, give it a twist and drop it in with the liquids. Sprinkle in just a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. Go especially light on the nutmeg.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and place the top on firmly. Shake it. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Quick notes

You could use powdered ginger if you don’t have fresh ginger.
