Summary: Gin based cocktail with grapefruit juice and Campari


  • 21/2 oz Dry gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 3oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice

Tessy - a gin and Campari cocktail with grapefruit juice


  1. Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap the shaker tightly.
  4. Shake the cocktail.
  5. Strain into a cocktail glass or tall glass over ice.

Quick notes

Paper parasols or strips of grapefruit peel would work beautifully as garnish.
